Meet Mike

Mike Ringle was appointed Orange Township Trustee on June 6, 2023 and was elected to the Board on November 7, 2023.

Ringle received his undergraduate and law degrees from The Ohio State University. Ringle is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio. Ringle serves as an attorney within Bricker Graydon LLP's public finance team, partnering with public entities of all types and sizes to help them fund their capital projects. He previously served asĀ Delaware County Treasurer from November 25, 2019 to February 28, 2021.

As Treasurer, Ringle served as the Chair of the Budget Commission, which oversees the allocation of tax dollars to Delaware County's excellent school districts, and as the Chair of the Board of the County's Land Bank. As Chair of the Land Bank, Ringle guided the County through returning its first abandoned property to productive use.

As Trustee, Ringle has overseen the construction of over 8,000 feet of additional multi-purpose trail and the first, full-size cricket field at Alum Creek State Park.

Ringle is the President of the Board of the Big Walnut Area Chamber of Commerce. He is also active,

  • On the Board of the Delaware Rotary Foundation,
  • In the Lewis Center Business Connect,

  • In the Ohio Society of CPAs,

  • In the Association of Ohio Commodores,
  • In the Ohio Township Association, and
  • In the Ohio State Bar Association.

Ringle is an Eagle Scout and continues his conservation efforts as Board Treasurer for the Delaware County Preservation Parks Foundation. He and his family are members of the Church of Christ on Fishinger Road.

Mike and his family reside in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood of Orange Township.
